About Us...
Motiluche was started by artisan cheese makers in the Seattle area who wanted to share and create a community around home cheese making. Fed up with inaccurate recipes and lack of resources on the web - we decided we'd share our knowledge and try to grow the community of cheese makers by providing not only a collaboration portal to interact and share but also accurate and easy to follow suggestions on how to make all kinds of cheeses right at home. (Using normal equipment and not delusional about you having easy access to cows or goats!)
